About Ten Thirty Co
I've spent my career inside growing companies, not advising them from the sidelines. I know what breaks at $2M, $5M, $10M and past it, because I've watched it from the chair you're in.
Meet the team
One operator and one AI agent I built and run myself. Penny works my inbound, catches every reply, and leaves drafted answers waiting for me. I don't sell AI I don't run.
You don't have an effort problem. You're working long hours, your team shows up, the product works. Somewhere between $2M and $10M though, things stall. And from the chair you're in, it's hard to see why.
I started Ten Thirty because I kept watching the same thing play out. Owners hiring salespeople with no follow-up system. Paying people to do jobs a machine should own. Fixing the wrong thing over and over. Vendors happy to take the order.
Most consultants in this space have never run the thing they advise on. They're good at decks. They're not trained to find the actual problem first. So they take what you ask for and run with it. Sometimes that helps. Often it makes things worse.
I came up inside companies. I've run the ops, scaled the revenue, felt what happens when the growth system isn't there. I show up as a business thinker first, executor second. If the thing you asked for isn't the thing that'll fix it, I'll tell you.
"I don't just take the order. I find the actual problem and fix it."
AI is a force multiplier on a working system. Drop it into a broken one and you get the same broken business, faster. So I diagnose first, and when the fix is an AI employee, an agent that owns a boring, repetitive job end to end, I build it and stand behind it. I've run a business on one. That's one of the ways I fix things, not the only one, and never where it's theater.
The AI page has the long version, with the specific places I use it and the things I won't do.
Every engagement starts with a diagnosis. No matter how sure you are about what's broken. I've seen too many times that the thing you thought was the problem was downstream of the real one.
From there I build: the pipeline, the ops fixes, and AI employees where they earn their keep. Then I optimize. Margins up, leaks closed, numbers visible. You own everything I build.
Owner-operators from $2M to $10M and up who've built something real and hit a ceiling they can't see through from the chair. People who've tried agencies or advisors and walked away frustrated. People who want a thinking partner, not a vendor.
If that sounds like you, let's talk.
