Pricing
Every engagement follows the same three tracks. You'll always know what you're paying before anything moves forward.
Find what's actually broken before spending a dollar on fixing it.
If the written findings aren't worth the fee, we refund it. No questions.
Close the leaks and build a system that runs without you.
Just need one AI employee on one job? That's a fixed price, scoped after Diagnose, usually live in 3–4 weeks.
For owners who want a strategic partner in the room after the build is done.
Scope and price are confirmed in writing before any work begins. If a Diagnose engagement reveals you don't need the next step, or that we're not the right fit, we'll tell you. No pressure to continue.
Common questions
You can. We usually recommend against it. The Diagnose step is where we find out what's actually broken. Skipping it means building on assumptions, and that usually leads to fixing the wrong thing. If you've already done a real internal review and have a clear picture of what's going on, we can talk about starting at Build.
The flat fee covers everything within the agreed scope. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. We confirm the full scope in writing before the project starts. If something outside that comes up mid-project, we flag it and agree on a path before touching it.
Most Build engagements run 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. One AI employee on one job can be live in 3–4 weeks. A full pipeline and ops rebuild runs closer to 8 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
We can scope a Build engagement to focus on one area if the Diagnose confirms that's the right priority. The pricing reflects the scope. One agent on one job sits toward the lower end of the range; a full pipeline and ops rebuild is toward the higher end.
No. Optimize retainers run month-to-month after the first 90 days. We ask for 90 days upfront because that's the minimum window to see meaningful movement on margin and pipeline numbers. After that, you can continue, pause, or stop with 30 days' notice.
Most of them take the order. We diagnose first. That's the core difference. We came up inside operating companies, so we show up as operators, not vendors executing a brief. And if we don't think we can move the needle for you, we'll tell you before taking your money.
